Analyzing data from over 400,000 adults, researchers found that sodium levels within the high-normal range are linked to increased cardiovascular risks. Lead author Prof. Jonathan Rabinowitz emphasizes hydration as a crucial, often overlooked, factor in preventing chronic diseases.
